Reception: October 28, 4:30 – 6pm

"Artists are struggling with the point and counterpoint political compass in our nation’s capital at a time when the rest of the world looks at the immediate dangers posed by drug trafficking, missing family members, natural disasters of extraordinary proportions, political corruption, extortion and imposed cultural and social changes. As a way of delivering personal responses and insights about the conscience of our capital right before the November election, the will exhibit their visual commentaries about our community, particularly investigating the psyche of survival instincts and emergency situations that grow from political divisions and consequences."

ARTS BY GEORGE: 9/27/08
